I'm looking for a wiring diagram for a 91 Plymouth Acclaim. The turn signals come on but do not flash. I have replaced the flasher and they still do not flash. Also the hazard lights do not work. When the signal light is on and I turn on the Hazards the signal light goes out. Also the delay switch is very warm.

Any suggestions would be helpful and appreciated.

some of those vehicles would do that with a burnt bulb, check your bulbs.
