Looking at installing my amp under the 2nd row captain's chair looking like I'll have to cut my WeatherTech style floor mat pre-amp inputs will be exposed slightly expose out of the back where the third row passengers feet would be any ideas or suggestions considering making a tiny amp rack and putting it the the back hatch

Consider some 90 degree RCA adapters so your cables can run down instead of straight out towards your passengers' feet.
