Hey Everyone! My cousin got a 2016 Dodge Durango RT with the 8.4" radio and Beats audio system, and he wants to add an aftermarket sub and amp. Can I use a LOC like the PAC Audio 'LP7-2' to do this or would I need to upgrade to the PAC Audio AmpPRO 4 'AP4-CH41'? I would appreciate any help I can get. Thanks

If only adding a sub amp, the amp pro piece is severe overkill.

That's what I was hoping to hear :). And I read on a different site that the factory sub outputs for this vehicle start to create distortion at a lower volume, so I will go with the front woofer outputs instead. Thank you.

You need to catch signal from the Beats enclosure in the trunk.

You're saying to get the signal from the Beats subwoofer enclosure in the trunk? Not from the factory amp? Are the front woofers off the amp a bad place to get the signal?
