Hi everyone, thanks for the help in the past ...

Looking to wire a garage door opener using a mains outlet socket using an app on my phone-

Intend to, take it down to 12v using a psu and hopefully wire relays to send a momentary pulse when 12v is supplied then another momentary pulse when 12v is removed, doable?
