I have a 2006 Pontiac Montana sv6 with a Delphi passkey III system that was cracked during repairs. (Was laying on floorboard and kids stepped on it) now system says service theft system. I have tried relearn procedure and want to bypass the whole system.

Just use a ADS-TB and wire it in to permanently bypass the PK3 system.
