Hey guys I’m trying to install a remote start in a 2009 uplander and having trouble finding the vehicle wiring for the basic connections such as power ign acc etc... I tried to check for these right at the ign switch but there is no power in or out it seems and unfamiliar color wires there, please help. Everywhere I look they only lost it up to 2008 models which is different. Please help

It looks like the 2009 is treated the same as prior years going by the bypass install guides, as
they are all listed as 2005 -2009. As I remember that car is a bit different to do, most of the
connections necessary for a standard remote starter install can be found at the BCM and
the BCM is located under the drivers dash on the left side. The BCM is a bit difficult to get to.
Here is the wire info :
Constant 12 volts        RED/WHITE              AT BCM C1 PIN 51
Ignition #1              PINK    AT BCM C1 PIN 22
Accessory #1             BROWN   AT BCM C1 PIN 23
Starter #1YELLOW AT BCM C1 PIN 21
Tach Signal              ORANGE/WHITE           IN LARGE HARNESS ABOVE ENGINE
A Tach Signal is supplied by the ADS DLSL GM1 bypass module
Brake Pedal             L GREEN (+)             AT BCM C1 PIN 39
Parking Lamp (-)        BROWN/WHITE            AT BCM C3 PIN 8
Horn     TAN (-) AT BCM C1 PIN 4
That should do it. I would use a ADS DLSL GM1 bypass module. With one vehicle
connection at the OBD2 plug it does a lot for you.
Soldering is fun!
