It might be possible to add this feature. Here is the Rear Defrost wire info :
Rear Defrost    GREEN (-)     PASSENGER KICK GRAY 18 PIN CONN, PIN 18
What you need is an output from the EVO-ALL that would supply the needed (-) signal
after the engine is started. There are a bunch of ways to go at this point depending
on your needs and budget. The least expensive and flexible would be using a (-) ACC
output from the EVO-ALL. It wouldn turn on the Defroster for the entire R/S runtime
every time the car was remote started. You could install a "Winter / Summer" toggle
switch in the line to control the defroster operation. More expensive options would
be a 7 minute timer module controlled by an EVO-ALL output.
Your best bet to contact the system supplier and get their input. A call to Fortin
might work to see if there are any useable outputs from the EVO-ALL with that application
and firmware.
Soldering is fun!

I am not familiar with your particular system. I typically install iDatalink
units. I would contact the supplier of that system for information about the
CarLink app and capabilities. Fortin would be a good source for info about the
EVO-ALL with that specific firmware and any available outputs.
There are many +12V DC timers available on eBay and similar sites. Look for
one that is programable to a 7 minutes output time. Something like this
will work ( V3 version ).   Search eBay for this :
