Not sure of the reference you are using, Flashlogic identifies:
Camry 03-06 (Install Type 2):
Code ~ ~ 7 pin 4 Green/White (DATA) Ignition switch ~
TXCT ~ ~ 7 pin 5 Blue/Yellow (DATA) Ignition switch ~
Keysense ~ ~ Blue (-) Ignition switch ~
Seems like your data connections will match the type 2 colors in your photo.
I also checked Fortin, and it has the same information.
There is a note in the Flashlogic guide, that indicates there are 2 different install wiring guides, depending on vehicle equipment.
My guess is you are looking at the incorrect section of your reference.
Hope this helps.

I found the following application note for using the 555X on a 2004 Camry:
THE 555X DOES NOT WORK ON MODELS THAT HAVE THE V6 ENGINE WITH THE 5 SPEED
AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION. ALTERNATIVE BYPASS IS THE 555U.
Unfortunately the 555X is primarily for older Toyotas (through 2002, some 2003, and some 2004). After that time, Toyota changed to a new style key (and immobilizer).
You might want to consider using a 555U (you'll loose a key) or a data transponder bypass from idatalink or Flashlogic (no loss of a key).
Hope this helps.
