As for the constant 12v supply for 2 the relays should I hook them up to the battery? Fused of course.

Going directly to the battery is a safe bet but you could split the two relay input wires between the two +12V ignition wires ( Red and Red/White ). Those two wires supply all the ignition circuit needs and the CM900-s and the two external relays shouldn't exceed their rating.
