Halo Lights Wiring Bad? Relay Issue?

I have some halo lights on my 61 Chevy that have been working for a year and half. As you might guess, they aren't now. So, I have an LED push button that I can turn them on/off with, power fed from parking light circuit. So, if parking lights are on, AND the push button engaged, they are on. Of course I can turn them off with the push button, or turn off the parking lights. So, I found a wire from the push button to the relay that was quite iffy, so I rewired that wire. Did not fix the problem. The relay is wired like this:       86 - hot from the push button       87 and 30 - Yellow wires to feed the halos       85 - Ground Tried different relays, no go. So with the relay out, I hooked two wires together with a male connector, and put males on the other ends. So the thought was, plug one end into port 86 (power from led pb switch), then plug the other two into 87 and 30 and see what happens. The halos come on. Now, it turns out that the halos come on if I simply plug one wire into 86 (hot from led pb), and one wire into 87. If I plug one into 86 and 30, halos don't work. It's been a while since I wired the car, and I have to admit here that I really am not sure what the two yellow wires are (87 and 30) if all the halos work from just 87. I am hoping to not have to trace those 2 wires down. It is interesting that they work with only one of the Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

I figured it out. After going through writing the post, I realized that one of the yellow wires had to be power that feeds to the halos. I went out and traced down that wire and found it hooked to a fuse block on inside of the firewall. While messing around with some other stuff, I must have hit that wire and made it just enough off to lose connection. I made sure that was hooked up good, and the light work as expected. One wild goose chase down. Thanks
