You are going to need a high current switch to do it that way. Use your last diagram just as it is, but also connect the momentary switch to 85 with the wire from your alarm. Ground the other leg of the momentary switch. You can use a low current switch this way.
You do not need a diode. The alarm brain knows you will be connecting a relay to it, there is a diode inside the alarm brain. The backlash will not affect your switch.
