2019 Acadia with Bose factory system. Looking at the diagram and stock Bose amp connector I don't know if I should tap the front door speakers or the stock subwoofer for a signal going to my mono amp. According to the diagram and at the Bose connector the front speaker wires are much thicker than the subwoofer wires so does that mean the front speakers are carrying the bass load more than the stock sub? Thanks for any feedback guys.

Does your vehicle already have a separate amp for its subwoofer? Do you have ANC?

Yes,it has a Bose amp which I'm tapping for a signal. I have the ANC bypass harness already which disables the microphones to prevent that feedback from getting into the audio signal.
I just want to know if I should tap the front doors or stock subwoofer or maybe both?

I knew the colors, thanks though. My question was whether to tap the subwoofer or front doors because the sub wires are far skinnier than the front doors indicating less current passes through. Thoughts?

Have you listened to the factory sub to verify it is actually playing music? I have seen GM use a larger driver for only noise cancelling.
