My car is a 2015 Mazda 5 sport the basic model it comes with keyless entry with ignition immobilizer using 4d63 chip.
I am hoping to add a cheap remote start function to this car ,while still use the original key fob for keyless entry.
I can't seem to find just the remote start system with bypass module online. They always come with door lock and unlock features. Can anyone point me to the store or a specific model that I can find something simple and inexpensive? I have some experience hardwiring stuff and program the transponder chips.

The 2 top RS makers viper and compustar do not have the 3x lock for RS on this vehicle. 3x lock to RS start is usually on push to start vehicles

Thanks. Good to know. I don't need to have the original key fob to remote start my car, a separate remote for remote start is all I ask for so I can still use the original key fob for keyless entry.

some vehicles lock out the lock/unlock while the car is running so you don't lock your key in the car. Start the car with the key and push the lock or unlock button on the factory fob. If it doesn't do anything then the locks are locked out and you will have to use the aftermarket key fob for lock/unlock while the car is running

My car does lock out the lock/unlock remote control when it's running. Bummer.
