looking for the horn wire for a 2016 grand caravan. installed compustar/firstech dc3, with t harness. horn still sounds when locking. but it shows i need to connect to grey/lt green wire in the 26pin green harness in the tipm.
wondering if the wire could also be connected under dash? if so, which wire. also if not, how can i disconnect said harness. been attempting last couple days to no avail. i find myself being the type that if its showing to connect....i need to or it eats at me.

you don't need to hook up the horn wire. The bypass module tells the factory security to arm/disarm and thats what is honking the horn. unless you want the panic to work from the compustar key fob.

hi mgoetz, thanks for the response. in all honesty, I would leave it disconnected, but i am going to have this nagging at the back of my head with the wire being on the instructions and not connected. only reason I'm trying to get it done. watching video of the 2014 GC. but it does not show there. I will keep looking to see if i can get a reference for it. but no avail for an inside point yet.
