Looking to install a new aftermarket stereo but can't find any wiring information or harnesses for it.

I'll give the 70-1722 a try, I looked it before but doesn't say it fits a MDX but I'm willing to give it a try. I'll post a update if it works! Thanks in advance.

There is an amplifier mounted behind the glove box. You will have to bypass the amplifier. I think the 70-1729 will plug into the factory harness. Only problem is there are only 5 wires on the factory plug. You can get both powers and ground from the harness. I think Illumination is there as well. If you want to bypass the amplifier, let me know. DIrectechs has the wiring info.

Well today I received the Metra 70-1722 but after hooking up all the wires and forgot to pay attention I noticed that the harness only connects to 4 wires. The MDX has a completely different plug I think for the speakers/sub. I'm thinking I'm going to have to cut and slowly wire it up, I can't seem to find anything about MDX wiring. Any help would be great.

I searched a bit harder and found maybe a plug that might fit, if it doesn't then I'll do what you said and try to hardwire it with the colors. Thanks.
