You can do all of the testing I mentioned behind the radio. The instructions I gave are for behind the radio.

If those are the original speakers, it wouldn't be uncommon for them all to be blown.

I removed the front door speakers will I get a reading with a multimeter if I connect th eleads to the speaker

No need to pull any door panels just to test them. Test each pair of speaker leads behind the stereo, unplug stereo and test there. The white pair is left front, grey is right front, green is left rear, purple right rear. Even if you get a reading, you can try "popping" the speakers with a battery:

Do not pull the door panel. Checking all this behind the radio will check everything that needs to be checked. Pulling the panel and checking the speaker will only tell you if the speaker is ok. It will not check the wiring between the radio and speaker. Somebody let me know if you are able to read this. I am beginning to believe I clicked the invisible icon.
