I feel like this is a trick but that is because many things are implied... And I haven't done a remote start in literally 5 years.
The Car is a 2009 Ford Focus SE Auto Coupe with one Key (its blue for those who care)
Will the blade Al communicate with the car via canbus and provide key sense, door status, hood status, tach, horn, factory arm and disarm and all the other similar jazz?
This is the install diagram that was provided after RS/bypass programming.

Based on the diagram I'm lead to believe that I will not need to hook up anything else other than the 12 wires listed.
Can Any confirm for this for me?

Take a look at the Blade AL (DL)-FM2 installation guide #63138. On Page 2 it lists all the services supplied by the Blade AL cartridge. Basically it will handle the transponder bypass function and the Hood pin, Door pins, Brake Pedal status and provide the Tach signal. The Hood Pin status would only be available if the car has the Factory Alarm system and the Factory installed Hood Pin. While the install diagram on Page 5 is somewhat complete, there are several connections not shown. If you wanted Horn confirmations, you would need to connect the CM900-s to the vehicles Horn wire. Also, the very important Parking Light connection is not shown.
The first thing to do is check to see if the Focus has the Factory Alarm system. This will determine if you need to install a Hood Pin and how you handle the locks and alarm system.
With that car you want to use the (+) Parking Light wire at the SJB. Here is some info on vehicle wires :
Constant 12 volts WHITE/RED (+) SJB BLACK 1 PIN CONNECTOR
Ignition #1 BROWN/YELLOW (+) IGNITION SWITCH
Accessory #1 VIOLET/GREEN (+) IGNITION SWITCH
Starter #1 BLUE/WHITE (+) IGNITION SWITCH
Lock BLUE/GREEN (-) DRIVER KICK
Unlock YELLOW/VIOLET (-) DRIVER KICK
Trunk Release BROWN (-) TRUNK RELEASE SWITCH
Horn BLUE/WHITE (-) SJB BLACK 52 PIN CONN, PIN 41
OEM Alarm Arm YELLOW/GRAY (-) DRIVER KICK
OEM Alarm Disarm VIOLET/BROWN (-) SJB GRAY 26 PIN CONN, PIN 8
PARKING LIGHTS ( + ) PURPLE/WHITE (+) IN DRIVERS KICK PANEL or SJB, (GRAY 13-PIN PLUG(E), PIN 6
Soldering is fun!

I feel like an idiot, Thanks for pointing that out, I was bench wiring it last night, Thankfully the CM900-S has a Positive Park light output, looks like I will add back the horn wire however.

Thanks I'm pretty sure it does so I will be sure to add back the arm, disarm. and verify the alarm.
