I have a 2015 Nissan Altima Special Edition. I am trying to find the correct wire (color) to hook up to my blue remote wire coming from my amp. Tried pulling up wiring diagrams online however no such luck. Any help whatsoever will be greatly appreciated.

Bose? No Bose?
If no Bose catch this one. It will turn your amplifier on anytime the radio gets power to come on.
Radio 12V      green      +      radio, white 20 pin plug, pin 19
If Bose try this one.
Factory Amp Turn-on      white      +      radio, white 20 pin plug, pin 1

It’s a Panasonic cd/radio head unit. However looking at my fuse panel I under the steering column there is a 20amp fuse labeled Bose. Can I splice in at the fuse panel or do I need to go directly from the plug on the back of the head unit?

An OEM or an aftermarket Panasonic deck? Does the vehicle have BOSE written on either the speakers or the radio itself?
