Is there a way to wire 3 SV subs to get an 2 ohm load?I got 3 Infinty perfects Single Voice and a JBL 1200.1 with is an 2OHM stable.

That amp is actually 1 ohm stable; it will put out the same amount of power at both 1 or 2 ohm's. I would wire the subs in parallel, it will put a 1.3 ohm load on your amp.
