I have a circuit in my trunk that is on only when the cars engine is running. How would I wire a relay to a buzzer, that would turn the buzzer on if power is lost?
For example; if a fuse was blown.

Connect a 12 volt buzzer across the fuse. Positive buzzer wire to the hot side of the fuse, and ground the buzzer to the other side of the fuse.

Wouldn't the buzzer sound even if the fuse was good?

No. 12 volts on hot side of the fuse and the power wire of the buzzer. 12 volts on the other side of the fuse and the buzzer negative wire. A difference of 0 volts. 0 volts = 0 sound.
