Verified constant powers, ignition powers, and accessory powers again. Ignition powers stay on during cranking and even after engine dies they stay on a few seconds. Constant powers never drop under 10v while cranking. Also tested tach signal at the cm6200 and get around 3.5v ac for the second that its running. Also tested foot brake signal at the cm6200 to make sure stray voltage wasn't triggering it, tested good.

Does it do a PitStop? Start truck with key, press R/S Start button, Parking Lights come on, remove key and engine stays running?
Strange that the Blade seems to program to the vehicle OK but won't control the locks. Possibly something wrong with its' J1850 output?
The 2 Blink Error Code is Ignition Already ON when R/S initiated.
Soldering is fun!

I got it! I decided it had to be something internal so i opened up the box just to see and wouldn't you know it one of the pcb traces for the blade was burnt. Soldered it up and EVERYTHING WORKS! Thank you for all the help i would have been stuck forever thinking it was a programming issue.
