Does anyone here know the speaker depth of the front door 7 inch 2 ohm woofers on a first gen Sequoia w/10 speaker JBL system?

I am going to refoam the OEM speakers with the kit from Simply Speakers. I'm thinking about adding some baffles from XTC. Or, I may get new 7 inch 2 ohm woofers from Power Bass.

Also, has anyone replaced the 2.5 inch mid with anything that works??? I have been looking at speakers from Parts Express.
