Preface. I’m a DIY guy that has done quite a few additions and such but always want to double check myself.
Radio is going into a 2015 Ram 1500. Using a Maestro interface so I can keep the majority of my OEM trailer brake controller stuff and so on etc.
Two questions.
1. Parking brake: The feed for the radio supposed to be (+) or (-)? The Maestro box output is (+). If radio requires (-) then I have to wire in a relay (no problem). The Alpine manual doesn’t indicate polarity.
2. CAN data buss: I have a 4 pin adapter cable that goes from the Maestro box to an adapter cable that appears to be a straight through that then plugs into a 10 way connector (only 4 pins populated). The connectors all match up etc so I’m pretty sure this is the appropriate cable but wanted to check. I haven’t found a lot of info about this on Alpine radios so I figured I would ask.
Thanks.

All parking brakes are negative. I really don't see them making it a positive out of the RR. Give me a minute to look at the install instructions.
Let's Go Brandon Brown. Congratulations on your first Xfinity Series Win. LGBFJB

Light green wire is labeled E-Brake -   The foot brake is + No relay needed. Light green from Maestro to Yellow/Blue of the deck.
