I need help with a three wire LED light issue. I installed some in the saddlebags on my bike for the purpose of running/brake/turn signals. There are four on each side. Each side ground are all tied together, as well as the low side for running lights. The inside 2 on each side are tied to the brake lights, and function properly. Low side when not on brakes, brighter when on brakes. The outside two on each side are tied to the blinker, but do not function properly. When the wire isnt hooked up for the blinker, all of the lights come on for the low side. As soon as i hook up the wire for the blinker to the high side 3rd wire, the low side goes out on me. The high side functions as intended for blinker, but no side running/marker light. Unhook the wire for the blinker, and the low side comes back on. WHY? Someone please help me get this fixed. Im hoping its a simple problem, but im baffled at this point. I know how 3 wire lights work, and know how to hook them up. Everything is wired properly, and to factory wire harness. I cant figure out why the low side cuts off when i hook up the blinker wire.
Matt
