Has any one installed a Compustar Alarm/starter on a manual trans

without the reservation mode and got it to start

From what I can find there are lots of viper/python alarms installed

on a manual trans but the safety neutral wires have been modified

so accidental in gear start is not possible. bypassing the whole

reservation setup. so it works like an auto trans starter

has anyone successfully installed a compustar as this way

lol, that just foolish. You gonna trust your car and the life of the people around it to a zip tie? just do it the right way and stop looking for a short cut. They make processes like that so there safe to use. Sorry just my 2 cents.

33 years as a installer now just a retired old guy. Favorite thing to install/topic are remote starts/car alarms. Stop using test lights!!!
