Here is the info on your 2019 KIA Forte. You didn't mention PTS or regular Key but they look the same. Most of the Hyundai/KIA's I've done have the Factory Alarm system so I included that info, too.
Lock   ORANGE   DRIVER KICK, GRAY 58 PIN, PIN 26
Unlock   YELLOW   DRIVER KICK, GRAY 58 PIN, PIN 27
OEM Alarm Arm   PINK/BLACK (LOCK) BROWN (LOCK DETECT) (- & OPEN)   @ FUSE/SMART JUNCTION BOX WHITE 32 PIN CONN, PIN 8 & 27
OEM Alarm Disarm   ORANGE (UNLOCK) BROWN (LOCK DETECT) (-)   @ FUSE/SMART JUNCTION BOX WHITE 32 PIN CONN, PIN 22 & 27
Soldering is fun!

you save my alot of headaches. i been tinkering for the past 3 weeks and no one from youtube/reddit/kiaforum offer to help. i am glad kia color the harness because when you said "gray 58 pin". i just though there's gotta be more harness somewhere. nobody told me there was another harness under the fuse box. to access this one you have to remove the side cover.
this is the photo of the harness with door lock and unlock wires connect. it is just as you said. thanks again Identify Door Lock/Unlock Wire, 2019 Kia Forte -- posted image. https://imgur.com/a/okPdX5L
