Hello, I have a 2007 Dodge Dakota with factory key fob with factory alarm ,door locks and a chip inside the key fob , I have purchased a viper 2 way alarm, and a EVO-all and a T harness, the Fortin site keeps calling the key a standard key, but I thought the chip key was not a standard key, I want this install to be a simple as my 2009 Dodge Ram, just a few wires to install

I forgot to mention the Viper alarm also is a remote start, the truck did not come with one.

They probably mean standard key as opposed to push to start.
