I'm plan on running 1 4 awg power wire from my battery to right behind the back seat which will go into a distribution block. How long of a 4 awg power cable do I need? Also, I will be putting separates in the doors. If my amps are bolted to the back of my back seat. The amp power for these separates will be at least 50 watts from an old school rockford. How much wire do I need for each side and what gauge should I use? Also what guage should I use for my 2 RF 12"s. They too will be powered by an old school Rockford amp generating 100 watts rms per channel.

About 12' -14' of 4 guage should be sufficient to reach the back of the seat from the battery (make sure you install a fuse up front). To connect the door speakers to the amp, easiest way is to run a pair of wires to the deck location and hook them up using the stock wires behind the radio that then go to the doors. About 10' should be sufficient, 18-16 guage. For your subs, use 12-14 guage of wire from the amp.
