2022 GMC Sierra, PTS, Fortin EVO-ALL

I can't get through the remote bypass programing. 2022 sierra 1500 push to start (the 2022 refresh model that is basically a 2023) fortin evo all standard installation with a viper 4204. I've programmed the evo all to be in bypass mode a1,a2,a3,a5,a6,a7,a8,a9,a10,c1,d6, on and have tried f3 both on and off steps: hold program button, plug in d2d until it cycles to blue release, it stays blue press and hold PTS for 5 seconds, after 5 seconds I get key not detected This is both with the are-1r0 and with a key wrap.. If I try this with the second key with battery installed the truck starts but the Evo all doesn't appear to take the program (blue light goes away instead of flashing when pressing button again) I see there is a different sequence for the limited PTS model using the yellow led but the guides say to use the blue... Any insight would be greatly appreciated
