Viper 5901 remote. I bought another battery and still does not charge so I'm trying to figure it out why. I open up the remote while it's charging. I'm only getting 1.5v to the battery but I belive it should be 3 volts.imeasure the USM type B and I'm getting 5 volts. I'm looking for a voltage regulator that could be bad. Is it replaceable? Thanks
