Ok here it is I got a good play on a 15” DC D1 2200//4400 max. A lot more power handling and lower ohms than I wanted but the price was phenomenal so I grabbed it.
I’ve got 2 DC 2100s. So I thought how about 1 amp to each voice coil? Anyone ever done this one before?

All day, any day. As long as your impedance matches, and you're not overpowering the driver, you can do that.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
