Hello,

I've just bought 5 new KC Lights.  There 150w each, wich equals out to be 12.5 amps.  If I have all 5 lights on at once thats a draw of 62.5 amps.  I was wondering if thats too much for my stock alternator or not.  I've got a 2002 Chevy S-10.  My charging system is putting out about 13.89volts.  Think I should be ok or not?  Thanks for the help!

LMAO!! your gonna have to get a new alt, prolly should go to a yellow top optima is you have a system.

those KC lights draw A LOT of power. They also light of the road for a LONG ways!

you got them setup on a roll bar?

I need quality equipment, feel free to donate.

Yep I've got 5 of them sitting up on top of my roll bar.  I talked to a person at KC and he said that the Amps do drop after the first sec or so.  I guess theres just a big power spike.  but I'm still looking for a 130amp Alternator.

sounds like you should replace both the alt and battery like maxst said. believe me, you dont want to go offroading with those lights on and then park the truck with stock. you'll be lucky if your dome light comes on. hehe (well, maybe not that extreme but you catch my drift :))
I don't know if this helps but I found a few sites that might have what your looking for:
