Hi, I have a 1998 Honda Civic w/the Viper 790 alarm and dei 530T window module.  The driver's side window works perfectly, goes up when I arm the system, vents, goes down... but the passenger side window doesn't go down properly.  It vents fine, and goes up when I arm, but it gets stuck when I try to make it go all the way down.

Anyone know a solution?

It just sounds like there is a resistance problem here, first thing you should do is redo the grounds for the module and make sure the connections are secure. If that doesn't solve it then you need to adjust the module for a higher resistance. If you need to know how to do this then download the install manual from dei's website and it will tell you how to do it specifically.

Thanks auex, but I went to DEI's website and I couldn't find the 530T installation guide???

Also, someone told me I should "lube" up the window.... has anyone tried this?  What exactly do I lube up?

Yea, I've heard of that, too (lubing the window). I think they just mean to lube up the track that the window runs on (one in the front of the door and one in the rear).
As for the manual, I don't think DEI has it on it's website. I believe someone posted it in a post here. You should try searching the forums, and I think the link is in one of the posts. If I find it, I'll write back.
good luck.
