Sup,

Just wanted to post a link to my latest install.  It is still a work in progress.

The enclosure is pretty much finished except for some minor detailing, interior lighting and trim panels.  I was going to hold off on pics until it was finished, but thought that I would share it with the crew!  This was my first attempt at a fiberglass enclosure, and pretty complex one--seeing that the interior is fully visible from the back--I pretty happy with the outcome.

The amp rack will need a lot more work--trim/plexi/ and lighting will be added.

Again--this is not complete, but feel free to check it out at

Its at image station, so yes you will have to sign up, it only takes a few seconds and they give you free space for your own pics.  Sorry for the hassle.  If someone enjoys the pics enough to host, feel free to contact me, I have plenty more.

Thanks!

-Cy

-btw, the enclosure holds 2 Eclipse Titanium 15's....each powered by a PPI PCX-1500

Thanks for the replies guys,

The next step of the install is to trim out the box and rack.  When finished, the box will be flush with the window sills.  I will most likey fiberglass and paint alot of the trim, some trim will get vinyl.  There will also be a ledge to cover the battery compartment as well as display the power and ground distro blocks.  The amp rack cover will have plexi cutouts to show the center of each of the 1500's.  Blue backlighting will be added to the inside of the box and amprack.  The PCX-480 is sitting on a piece of plexi---which I am hoping to light from underneath with blue neon---hoping to get the edges of the plexi to light up in blue........

I am currently fiberglassing a second dash bezel (so I can keep the original unmodified) that will house the hu, an audiocontrol three.1, as well as voltage and amperage digital guages.  This piece will also be painted blue.

I have always been interested in fiberglass work, could you help me out or give me any suggestions on how this is done?

Thanks
