Use a switched ignition wire as your turn on lead for each monitor. If you want you can wire up a relay so it will be relay isolated from the ignition turn on. Use a SPDT relay and wire up like this:

  • 87 : Fused 12 Volt Constant
  • 30 : Output to all the monitor's turn on lead. This pin out is a 12 volt output
  • 85 : GROUND
  • 86 : 12 volts switched source or remote turn on lead from HU.
  • 87a: NOT USED
