I put in a Manitis Remote Start/Alarm system in a 1997 Trooper that has a factory alarm that goes off when I Disarm the Mantis.  The factory alarm does not go off when the car has been started and I disarm the car .  Maybe because the car is running and there's no reason for the factory alarm to be engaged???  I know which wire on the factory alarm to disarm the system is but (ORANGE / black) at alarm module but which won from the Mantis System PLEASE HELP

Mantis 1200 ?? There is no DISARM wire available on this model. Verify that this is the unit that you have here : http://www.internationalelect.com/mantis7.htm

I'm not familiar with the Mantis.  But you should be able to split the unit's unlock output with a pair of diodes.  Send one output to the car's unlock wire, and the other to the factory disarm wire.
