I have a Clifford RS3. THis install is for an RSX Type S. I don't plan on using the remote start.

I had some questions and help you guys can help..
1. What is the Relay Satellite Ignition Switch Interface? Do I need this? I am assuming I don't since I am not using the remote start. Is this correct?
2. Remote Start Harness (H3) Wire Connection not necessary, correct?
3. What is the Secondary Harness (H2) Wire Connection? It sounds like it is asking for a 'WAIT-TO-START" bulb.. what does this mean? It also mentions it is for diesel cars.. so I am assuming since my car doesn't have a wait to start bulb nor is disel, I can ignore this harness as well, correct?
4. So for the RS3, this leaves me with the Main Harness and the Door lock Harness (H4). Are these the only two I need to do off the main alarm?
As for accessories, I also have the 530T and 529T. The 530T will be used for two front windows, one touch up/down and auto arm to roll the windows up.. and the 529T is for the moonroof to arm as well. Where do these wires/brain plug in?
I also have the trunk pop module.. how is this connected?
I can provide pictures if necessary.. please assist, thank you in advance!!

your basic alarm would be:
-groundH1
-constant powerH1
-2 wires for locksH4
-sirenH1
-door triggerH1
-starter kill(if you want it)H1
-light flash(if you want it)H1
trunk- H1/12 use a relay
85-H1/12
86-constant power
87-trunk line
30-constant power
try this out first then the windows

Thanks for the response.. I will definitely begin with the basic brain first.. but I'm wondering what those other 'harnesses' are for.. thanks..
