I just installed my k-9 alarm and works everything except lock and unlock function when i press arm and unarm button.

this is where i splice the wires.(circled with blue pen)

Here's alarm installation manual

and this is wiring diagram for my 95 del sol.

 http://www.hptn.net/bearboy80/alarm/directtech.htm

and this is how i connected all the wires.

Orange(starter) - didn't use it
gray(trunk release) - didn't use it
yellow(ignition) - BLACK / YELLOW (ignition)
black(ground) - ground
red(12volt) - white(12volt)
pink(3rd channel) - didn't use it
green(- door pin switch) - GREEN/ red (door trigger)
blue(trunk pin switch) - GREEN/ black (trunk pin switch)
violet(+ door pin switch) - didn't use it
brown(siren) - siren
white(parking light) -  RED / black (parking light)
GREEN/ violet(dome light out) - GREEN/ red(door trigger)
BLACK/ red (dome light in) - ground
from door lock output
green(lock) - GREEN / WHITE(power lock)
blue(unlock) - GREEN/ red(power unlock)

so anyone has any idea why door doesn't lock when i arm and door doesn't unlock when i disarm?

Make sure the alarm is outputing a negative pulse, some alarms allow you to select between positive and negative.

I dunno if this helps, but I couldn't figure why keyless entry wasn't working either, I have a 90 Acura Legend and the door lock/unlock wires are the same color as in ur 95 del sol, and supposed to be in the same place, GREEN / WHITE (lock) GREEN/ red (unlock) both found in the driver's kick...Well after looking and hooking up my alarm lock/unlock wires to those 2 wires in the car for keyless, nothing worked, matter of fact there were 2 different sets of those color wires in the driver's kick (2 different gauge sizes)...Come to find out, the wires for lock/unlock in the car are not in the driver's kick at all! They are in a lock module somewhere, on my car it was behind the relay center under the dash on the driver's side...so it just goes to show you not all the places you get your car's wiring info from is correct...hopefully VelocityMotors or Alarmtek can tell you exactly where to find your power locks wires...that is if your in the same situation as I was.
PS.. best thing to do is when u think u have found ur wires, use a test light, hook it up to ground and when u put the switch in the position for that wire, probe and see if the light comes on, if so, u have found ur wire.

Just looked on the vehicle wiring database on this site and it says ur lock/unlock wires in ur car are:
Driver's Side behind CRUISE Module
So check there, same colors u'll be looking for, GREEN / WHITE (lock), GREEN/ red (unlock).
