Anybody by any chance know how to turn orange gauge needles blue?  Orange just looks funky w/ the white face guages.  I've seen kits sold on ebay for like 50 bucks but for some reason it seems like one of those deals where you pay for 3 bucks worth of crap and the knowledge of how to do it.  I sure would love to save $47.  Any input would be appreciated.

You could use a three dollar can of paint. I haven't seen any of the blue needle kits, but my recommendation would be to stay away from anything that requires removing the needles, they never go back on in the right position.

Yea I also thought about keeping the needles in place as a must.  Only problem is the needles must stay illuminated or night driving will be impossible so solid blue paint is out of the question.  And it seems like transparent blue paint with the orange glow would make a nasty green.  I was hoping someone had done this before.

you can use a little bit of rubbing alcohol on a Q-tip gently rub on back of needle's,then using a sculpter's knife or small razor blade gently scrap the back of the needle's until they become clear. when i colour needle's which i've done a few of now I use a sharpe marker in whatever colour you would like. i don't use paint because even with a lite dusting it's still really hard to see the needle position at night.

Thank you very much, I'll give it a try.
