Notes:

NOTE: This vehicle has an immobilizer system that needs to be bypassed when adding remote start. Use DEI part number 555I or 555U.  *1 Also found at the multiplex control unit on the back of the fuse box in a 13 pin plug.  *2 The driver door trigger is green and the passenger door trigger is lt. GREEN/ red. Use both wires and diode isolate each. The security control unit is to the left of the steering column.  *3 The tach test connector is behind the driver side headlight.  *4 The ECM/PCM is behind the glove box. The VSS wire is WHITE/ green in connector A, pin 18 at the ECM on M/T vehicles, and it is blue/white in connector E, pin 25 at the PCM on A/T vehicles. If the vehicle is equipped with cruise control, the wire can also be found at the cruise control unit to the left of the gas pedal. The wire is blue/white there.   *5 The horn trigger at the security control unit is green.  *6 If equipped with BOSE sound system the amplifier is under the passenger seat.  *7 May need to use relay in certain applications.
