I was told the crossover and time align functions of the 9815 were identical to the previous 7878. However, I am just working with the 9815 now and I am finding some major differences. Can anyone clarify if and how I can do the following (in 3-way mode):
-independent gain setting for each of the L and R Tweeters, mids, subs (i.e. 6 settings)
-independent time align setting for each of the L and R Tweeters, mids, subs (i.e. 6 settings)
I have emailed Apline but in case anyone else out there knows.
Thank you!

Yes you should be able to do that through i-personalize on the alpine web site

Funny, Rinaldo Swayne said independent time alignment was possible but gain couldn't be done independently.  Do you have experience with personalize?

I did some research on it as well your right gain isn't possible.  The i-personalize is raw though.  all you do is register your HU and then the possabilities are endless.  It's an awesome way to get to know the HU better and make your car sound impecable.  I have the 9813 and my car sounds 5x better then it did with last years model of the 7892.
