Red wire on flipdown monitor ------ Run a wire that connects to a 12 volt constant source
Black wire ---------------------------------GROUND this wire to chassis or run a wire to connect to the monitors ground
GREEN wire on monitor -------------- This will go to the DOME LIGHT SUPERVISION wire so that it will replicate the OEM dome light ( with fade in and out ) RED / BLACK on Sienna. ** Make sure that this is a (-) input wire as the Sienna RED / BLACK wire is a (-) output wire.

Also check If there is a screw through the harness running in the headliner. I have seen it happen many times.
