has anyone ever used this bypass ? I'm using it for the first time. it is holding the code for only one remote start,after that ,it wont restart the car? cant get hold of their tech support today. model pkf on 03 mercury

what model is the car? the pkf only works un a few 03 models you probally need a universal( key in box ) bypass
