All,

Maybe you guys can help me out. I have a 2003 Chevrolet PickUp and I'm having problems locating the 3rd ignition wire (bypass wire) for remote start system.

I have already tagged the white, brown, orange, and pink wires for ign and acc.

Maybe there is no 3rd ign wire.?? hmmmmm.... I'm missing some thing, because the truck will crank like its starting, but won't stay started.

Any suggestions will help, thanks

do you have a passlock bypass unit hooked up?, that sounds like your problem, i don't think that there is a 3rd ign wire, i usually use the 3rd ign output to powerup the bypass unit for the passlock system

There is no third ignition wire on GMs.
What are you using to interface with Passlock II?
