I have an amplifier that have 8hms impedance1200 whatspower . what are the right subwoofers for the amp.

Please supply the make and model of the amplifier.

Is the amp 4-ohm rated? 2-ohm rated?

To what type of music do you listen?

What is your goal for the sound system? SPL? sound quality? fill in the missing low frequencies from your existing system?

What sort of budget do you have in mind for sub-woofers?

I HAVE TWO AMPS A 1500 ROCKFORD FOSGATE POWER SERIES AND THE 1200 POWER ACOUSTIC THAT IS 4 OHM RATED AND I ALSO HAVE A 1000D CROSS FIRE. I WOLD LIKE TO SPEND AT LEAST $1000 IN SUBWOOFERS. I WENT TO A SHOP AND THEY WANTED TO SELME SOMETHING CALLED LANZAR WICH ONE YOU RECOMEND

power akoustic is crap, so is lanzar to be honest.

that Rockford amp is leagues beyond both. its a very very good amplifer

for subs I'll tell ya three to look at buying:

I Have a Power Acoustik 520 watt amp pushing 2 RF 12's and it sounds way nice and the amp only cost me bout $110.

ITS NOT CRAP

Lanzar isnt crap they may have gone downhill a little since they were bought out by I beleive pyramid, but when they were producing the DC series subs and the Opti drive line amps they were pretty high in quality. Never know what Amp he has...now if its a Vibe series then its gettin to the bottom of the barrel.
