Planning to connect Lynx 2000R to a 2002 Rav 4 but the car has a factory starter kill at the ignition. How do i bypass that using relays so that i can use the remote start?

you cant over come the starter kill on that car. but what you can do is trick it. the piece required to do this is either the dei 555u bypass***   or the dei 555f or equivalent from other companies. the 555u requires you to loose a key into this module and the 555f you need both keys to program the module. but this is how to do it go to local dei auth dealer and you can pick either one of these mods up.

mecp certification is not always needed. I have it and it has not helped me out at all. my experience out shines it.
