i been told one kicker solo 715s pushes more air than one 18 is it true? if yes than 2 kickers 715's are better than getting two 18's need to know soon cause i might invest in two kickers

If you're planning on using (2) 15" L7's I hope you can produce the 2000 watts that they need (minimum). The S15L7's are 1000RMS 2000Peak, so you would need at least 2000 watts total RMS to properly run both.

Actually, I believe the 2000 x 1 @ 1ohm mono is the RMS rating (not the Peak). Audiobahn makes great amps, so you should have enough power as long as your alternator can push emough amperage to the amp.
Make sure you go with (2) 4ohm S15L7's if you decide to go that route. Wire them in parallel for the 1ohm total load

Are you talking about the 18 Solo X or just a circular 18?

the solo x requires like 2000 watts min. and is an 18 while the L7 is simply a kicker square and is available in a 15. 12. and 10. the L7 15 needs only about 800-1000 watts while the solo x is rated up to like 10000 watts are some insane number like that and is also suprisenly completely rebuildable.
