upgrading from 4g to 0g wire, i want to dump my inline fuse hold and put in a circuit breaker at the battery.  My RMS for both ampes is approx. 1900 watts!  What size breaker should I use!  I'm thinking 200 amp?  Yes??/ No???

Thanks

1900 watts rms is approximately 148 amps max so you will want to go with a 150 amp breaker.
