how would i hook up the following scenario?

i want my doors to unlock when i pull my e-brake up.  i thought this out, but realized that the signal from the e-brake would remain as long as the e-brake is engaged, and i only need a quick pulse to unlock.

the only thing I can think of is use a micro switch that is only hit for a second when the ebrake is pulled up. Then use a relay to control the pulse

There is a constant to momentary relay setup in the relay section of this website.
