It's got alot of power and features for the money. I myself like the Heidelberg because it's one of the few black face head units left. But if you can get all that power and mp3/wma playback for 150 then go for it.

I don’t have any experience with that particular unit but the specs look good and the price is right. However if you want to step it up a little I would suggest that you look at Fosgate http://www.crutchfield.com/cgi-bin/S-EzEh2bwRYxI/ProdGroup.asp?c=3&s=0&g=62700&cc=01&avf=N and they can be found on eBay for much less then Crutchfield.
